By clicking on the Audit icon, the user can access the activity log of Anjana Data. This log can be:

internal, generated through user activity in the application (creation, modification, request for OU change or object status change, validation…)

external or dynamic lineage, with a trace of user activity in the systems (data access, data writing, process executions…)
From this screen, the user can view:

User: User performing the action

Action: Type of action (object creation or modification, validation, data read or modification…)

Object: Name and most relevant information of the object on which the action is performed

Date: Date on which the action is performed

Description: Description of the action. If the description includes a user comment (for example in the adherence request or in the validation of a workflow), it will appear in the user's language or, if that text has not been completed for that language, in the default language configured in the application.

Icon for snapshot download: Icon that allows downloading the snapshot of the object after the action corresponding to the historical record
At the top of this screen a set of filters appears, among which Search action appears by default set to No. This filter allows accessing the edit audit (Search action=No), the object access audit (Search action=Yes), or both.
