At Anjana Data, we have improved our Support Portal (https://support.portal.anjanadata.com/) to offer you a more agile, intuitive and efficient experience. This document will guide you step by step so you can make the most of this new platform.


The Support Portal is the official ticketing tool for requesting remote support from Anjana Data. Through this channel, both clients and partners can:

  • Submit functional or technical queries related to the platform and installers

  • Request help with configuration-related incidents

  • Report software incidents that require analysis by a technical team

  • Obtain assistance with the deployment of the platform and plugins

  • Report potential incidents in services or the platform


This portal thus becomes the centralized entry point to ensure structured, traceable and efficient support, while also facilitating the prioritization and escalation of cases according to their impact.

What's New

The new version of the Anjana Data Support Portal brings a series of improvements aimed at optimizing the experience of our users and increasing the effectiveness of the support and incident resolution process. The main changes include:

  • Simplified and optimized interface: We have reduced and reorganized the available ticket categories so that you can classify your request more quickly and clearly. This minimizes categorization errors and speeds up the processing of each case.

  • Greater transparency in management and escalation: You will now have full visibility into the status of your request, the steps being taken, and when the case is escalated to a higher level of support. This approach ensures more proactive and predictable management.

  • Smarter support, powered by Atlassian Intelligence: Our portal incorporates new intelligent capabilities that anticipate solutions based on incident history and behavioral patterns, improving diagnostic capabilities from the first contact.

  • Direct access to technical and functional documentation: From the portal you can easily access the new Anjana Data public wiki, which centralizes all relevant documentation, including guides, manuals, configurations and best practices.

  • AI integrated throughout the support cycle: Thanks to the integration with Atlassian Intelligence, both users and the support team have intelligent assistants that facilitate the search for solutions, context gathering and automatic generation of incident summaries.
